Welcome to the Longfield Suite Prestwich

This Website which has had over 14,000 hits, was offered to Bury Council
for FREE on the 12 April2010 as a good will gesture from the
Save Our Suite Campaign Group.

To date they have still not developed a dedicated website with online booking facilities. This level of service costs the Council Taxpayers Of Bury £382,000 per year.

The Longfield Suite is a multi-purpose venue which hosts a variety of events and activities to suit all ages and interests. It is ideally located just off the M60, right in the heart of Prestwich Village. It is only 5 miles away from Manchester city centre and is also close to the Metrolink, regular bus routes and has excellent parking for over 250 cars within the adjacent Longfield shopping centre.

Known locally as the Jewel in the Crown of Prestwich, The Longfield Suite boasts an Air Conditioned ballroom with a large sprung dance floor which is regarded as one of the best in the North West.

Flexible and versatile, The Longfield Suite is perfect for all types of event ranging from kids groups to large civic dinner dances up to 400 people.
